Objective

One of Euralia’s goals is to offer professional organisations and NGOs logistics and communication support in Brussels through turnkey solutions: Domiciliation, creation of non-profit and international non-profit companies under Belgian law, day-to-day management, provision of meeting rooms and, of course, monitoring, consultancy and public relations services.

Our method

The Euralia team has developed a set of skills specific to managing European associations. They include:

The creation of associations or of representation offices and their
     daily follow-up; 
Management of the association’s secretariat: Minutes of board meetings
     and of General Assemblies, monitoring of accounts with accountants
     and of obligations under Belgian law; 
Support and advice for the definition of European strategies:
    Lobby consulting, assistance in submitting proposals for tenders and
     Commission projects, development of joint positions and contributions
     to public consultations;
 Leadership of technical work groups: Coordination of experts’ work,
     expertise evaluation and integration of networks in specific fields; 
External communication and tools development: Internet sites,
     information brochures, participation in fairs and international conferences,
     media relations;
 A la carte services and exceptional logistics at the heart of the European
    district.
