Stakes/ background:

The institutional workings of the European Union are both intrinsically complex and in constant flux. Understanding these workings makes it possible to better understand European events and provides the keys needed to better anticipate and act at the European level.


Objectives


a Training in the goals of European construction and in the
     internal workings of the EU; 
a Explaining lobbying methods and techniques, to increase
     understanding of our business and activities ; 
a Bringing clients an essential European perspective to their
               strategies and activities.


Our method

One-half to three days of concrete and practical training in Brussels or Paris. Euralia organises à la carte seminars in French and English tailored to the needs of companies, professional organisations, and local authorities.


Among the key topics that can be covered are:

a Community Institutions and the EU decision-making
    process;
a Community law and its impact on companies; 
a How to participate in EU programmes and take
   advantage of financing?
a How to implement effective EU monitoring?
aWhat lobbying techniques are used in Brussels?


Our method is based on dialogue with the parties involved, meetings with officials and Members of Parliament, descriptions of specific experiences, and in-depth consultant experience in Brussels.
